Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for network and cloud security environments
- Respond to support requests through tickets, email, or calls
- Troubleshoot and escalate complex technical issues as needed
- Collaborate with global team members to improve service delivery
- Document processes, solutions, and maintain knowledge base
- Stay updated with emerging trends in cloud and cybersecurity
Job Requirements
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in technical support, preferably related to network or cloud security
• Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals
• Familiarity with security tools, basic cloud services, and ticketing systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Customer-first mindset with a passion to learn and grow
Preferred Qualifications
• BE/BTech in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• CCNA certification or equivalent networking knowledge
• Experience supporting global customers in a technical capacity
