Senior IT Expert – Sultanate of Oman – 7 to 12 Years Experience
Job Description
Talent Arabia Business is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Expert for a strategic project based in the Sultanate of Oman. The project focuses on IT infrastructure development, network security, and cloud transformation. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to contribute to high-impact initiatives in a dynamic technology environment.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure and cloud solutions
- Manage network security including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion prevention
- Administer and support systems such as VMware, Microsoft AD, SCCM, and Azure
- Oversee backup and disaster recovery processes using VEEAM and NetApp
- Lead and support IT projects with adherence to PMP and ITIL standards
Job Requirements
• Minimum 7 years of experience in IT infrastructure and security
• Proven expertise in VMware, Microsoft AD, SCCM, Azure, Fortinet, Cisco, VEEAM, and NetApp
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and technical documentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively across teams
Preferred Qualifications
• Certifications such as MCSE, VCP-DCV, CCNP, Fortinet NSE4/NSE7, PMP, and ITIL
• Experience leading complex IT transformation projects
• Strong communication and organizational skills
