Wipro is hiring Palo Alto L3 Support Engineers for immediate onboarding. If you’re an experienced cybersecurity professional with a deep understanding of Palo Alto Networks technologies, this is a great opportunity to work on advanced enterprise-level security projects.
Responsibilities:
- Provide advanced L3 support for Palo Alto firewalls and network security solutions
- Troubleshoot complex security and connectivity issues
- Review and manage firewall policies, NAT, VPNs, and threat prevention features
- Collaborate with SOC and infrastructure teams to enhance network defense posture
- Conduct RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and performance tuning
- Lead incident resolution and handle change management for critical infra
Job Requirements
• Minimum 7 years of experience in network security
• Strong expertise in Palo Alto Networks firewall configuration, security policies, and troubleshooting
• Hands-on experience with routing, switching, and deep packet inspection
• Proven ability to manage escalated tickets independently
Preferred Qualifications
• Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer (PCNSE) or equivalent certification
• Experience working in ITIL-based environments
• Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
• Immediate joiners preferred
