Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Cyber Security Manager to join our rapidly growing team. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing cybersecurity strategies, policies, and protocols to safeguard our clients’ digital environments. You’ll work closely with senior executives and cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end security across enterprise platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of cybersecurity programs
- Manage a team of security professionals to monitor, detect, and respond to cyber threats
- Oversee security audits, risk assessments, and incident response planning
- Collaborate with IT and business leaders to implement security best practices
- Ensure regulatory compliance with security frameworks and industry standards
- Report on security metrics, risks, and improvement plans to executive leadership
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Proven experience in cybersecurity leadership or management roles
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and regulations
• Ability to lead cross-functional security initiatives and incident response efforts
Preferred Qualifications
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA
• Experience with cloud security, governance, and compliance
