System Engineer – Chennai – 2 to 5 Years Experience
Job Description
We are hiring! Kaerusworld Management Solutions is expanding its back-office operations and looking for experienced System Engineers to join our dynamic team. This role offers the flexibility of remote, onsite, or hybrid work arrangements.
Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software, and hardware
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Ensure system security and compliance with cybersecurity protocols
- Perform regular backups and disaster recovery operations
- Manage and support user access and permissions
- Collaborate with IT and security teams to maintain infrastructure reliability
Job Requirements
• 2 to 5 years of experience as a System Engineer or similar role
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
• Experience with system monitoring and backup tools
• Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and virtualization platforms
• Good troubleshooting and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Certifications such as MCSA, RHCSA, or CompTIA Server+
• Knowledge of scripting (PowerShell, Bash, etc.)
• Experience working in cybersecurity-aware environments
• Strong communication and documentation skills
