Endpoint Security Engineer [Level 2] – Mumbai – 4 to 5 Years Experience
Job Description
Crystal Solutions Ltd is hiring an Endpoint Security Engineer – Level 2 for a leading client. We are looking for an experienced professional who can manage endpoint security operations, incident response, and security threat investigations.
Responsibilities:
- Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot endpoint protection solutions such as Symantec, CrowdStrike, Sentinel One, etc.
- Analyze security events and conduct in-depth investigations of alerts generated by endpoint security tools.
- Manage security incident response processes, including identification, containment, remediation, and recovery.
- Perform threat hunting, malware analysis, and forensic investigations.
- Collaborate with IT operations, network security, and SOC teams to ensure a secure environment.
- Maintain proper documentation, reporting, and communication regarding security incidents and solutions.
- Work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced security operations environment.
Job Requirements
• 4-5 years of hands-on experience in endpoint security, security operations, and incident response.
• Strong understanding of EDR, anti-virus, malware protection, and patch management.
• Experience in security threat hunting and forensic analysis.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle security incidents effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Certifications such as CEH, CISSP, or equivalent in cybersecurity.
• Experience working in a SOC environment.
