LTIMindtree is looking for a Cybersecurity IAM Business System Analyst Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 8 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and cybersecurity, working on business systems analysis and security solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with stakeholders to analyze IAM requirements and solutions.
- Support Identity and Access Management (IAM) implementations.
- Collaborate with IT security teams to enhance cybersecurity measures.
- Identify and mitigate security risks related to IAM.
- Provide technical and business analysis support for IAM projects.
Job Requirements
• 5 to 8 years of experience in IAM and cybersecurity.
• Strong understanding of Identity Governance, Authentication, and Access Controls.
• Experience working with business systems analysis in security environments.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Certifications in IAM, Cybersecurity, or Business Analysis are a plus.
• Experience with IAM tools such as SailPoint, Okta, or CyberArk.
