L2 Engineer [CISCO ISE] – Gurgaon – 1 to 8 Years Experience
Job Description
SecureVel is hiring L2 Engineers with expertise in CISCO ISE for our Gurgaon location. This role requires advanced troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience in network security and identity management solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 2 support for CISCO ISE products.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex network security issues.
- Configure and optimize CISCO ISE policies and enforcement.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless security operations.
- Assist in incident response and problem resolution.
Job Requirements
• 1 to 8 years of experience in network security.
• Strong knowledge of CISCO ISE, network access control (NAC), and security policies.
• Expertise in troubleshooting network authentication issues.
• Hands-on experience with firewalls, VPNs, and enterprise security protocols.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• CISCO certifications (CCNP Security, CCIE Security, or related).
• Experience working in enterprise security environments.
• Knowledge of AAA (Authentication, Authorization, and Accounting) protocols.
