Job Description
StickmanCyber is expanding and seeking an experienced Information Security Manager to join our team in Sydney, Australia. The ideal candidate will have 7-12 years of experience and be based in Australia, with a minimum of 4 years of experience working in the country. Please note, no sponsorship will be provided, so applicants must have the legal right to work in Australia.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the information security program for StickmanCyber.
- Oversee the design and implementation of security controls and policies.
- Work with cross-functional teams to manage security risks and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Develop and implement strategies to protect organizational assets and data.
- Conduct regular security assessments and report on security vulnerabilities.
Job Requirements
• 7-12 years of experience in information security management.
• Minimum of 4 years of work experience in Australia.
• Proven experience in security risk management and compliance.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid environment.
Preferred Qualifications
• Certifications like CISSP, CISM, or similar are highly preferred.
• Experience with security frameworks and regulatory compliance.
