Job Description
Secure Traces is hiring a passionate SOC Analyst L1 to join our Security Operations Center (SOC) team. As an entry-level analyst, you’ll be an integral part of our cybersecurity efforts, utilizing your knowledge to help protect our clients’ infrastructure and detect threats early. If you’re enthusiastic about cybersecurity and have relevant certifications (CEH, Security+, Blue Team Level 1, etc.), we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Monitor security systems and respond to incidents.
- Investigate security events and provide recommendations for mitigation.
- Perform threat hunting and vulnerability assessments.
- Work with other teams to integrate and configure security tools.
- Maintain logs and security reports, and provide analytical insights.
Job Requirements
• Strong understanding of network security, incident response, and threat hunting.
• Ability to work in rotating shifts and adapt to team dynamics.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
• Industry-recognized certifications (CEH, Security+, Blue Team Level 1, etc.).
• Prior experience in security monitoring or a SOC role is a plus.
