Job Description
LTI Mindtree is seeking an Incident Response Lead Analyst to join our dynamic cybersecurity team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing incident response processes and will play a key role in safeguarding our organization from potential cyber threats.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the incident response process, including investigation, containment, eradication, and recovery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify vulnerabilities and strengthen security measures.
- Analyze security events, incidents, and alerts to provide timely resolutions.
- Develop and implement incident response plans and playbooks.
- Conduct post-incident analysis to ensure continuous improvement in security operations.
Job Requirements
• Experience: 8–12 years of relevant experience in incident response and cybersecurity.
• Technical Skills:
• In-depth knowledge of incident handling, malware analysis, and threat intelligence.
• Hands-on experience with security tools such as SIEM, EDR, and forensic tools.
• Strong understanding of attack vectors and mitigation techniques.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or GIAC are a plus.
• Experience in working with large-scale organizations or global clients.
