G. T. Enterprises is hiring a skilled and experienced SOC Specialist to lead and manage security operations in Doha, Qatar. This role focuses on overseeing security operations, incident response, and ensuring compliance with security standards and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage overall security operations and incident response processes.
• Monitor, analyze, and respond to real-time security incidents and threats.
• Utilize security tools and technologies to detect and mitigate risks.
• Lead teams and partners during incident response scenarios.
• Maintain and enforce security policies, procedures, and guidelines (NIA, NCSA, CIS, NIST).
• Perform security configuration tasks (FW, NAC, WAF, DLP, VPN).
• Update and maintain Security Technical Architecture documentation.
• Manage vulnerability technical remediation plans across the environment.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and reporting requirements.
• Define and manage KPIs and SLAs for security operations.
• Design and implement network security measures and policies.
• Collaborate with MSSP partners for device management and configurations.
• Monitor network traffic and logs to detect and respond to network threats.
• Oversee ITSM dashboards for vulnerabilities, SOC, and other metrics.
• Lead technical security initiatives and supplier management projects.
