Specialist OKTA Consultant – Pune – 5 to 8 Years Experience
Job Description
We are looking to hire a Specialist OKTA Consultant with IAM-OneIdentity Support experience. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 8 years of experience and a strong background in OKTA. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge identity and access management solutions to secure access to applications, systems, and data.
Responsibilities:
- Implement new update workflows for Core JML and other processes using OKTA workflow experience.
- Support Application Integration with OKTA, including integrating technologies such as SAML, OAuth, LDAP, and RBAC.
- Implement Identity Access Management (IAM) with OKTA to ensure secure access for authorized users.
- Manage Entitlements and Role Management, including Business Role Definition.
- Conduct IAM audits and assessments to identify vulnerabilities, gaps, and areas for improvement.
- Configure directories like Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP, etc.
- Redesign the OKTA login page and dashboard to meet corporate standards.
- Create and maintain OKTA Workflows, including OKTA API, to implement new solutions and processes.
- Collaborate with various teams and maintain strong interpersonal skills.
Job Requirements
• 5 to 8 years of experience in OKTA and IAM support.
• Proficiency in integrating technologies like SAML, OAuth, LDAP, and RBAC.
• Expertise in Identity Access Management and Role Management.
• Strong experience in Active Directory, Azure AD, and other directory services.
• Ability to redesign and configure OKTA workflows and login pages.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
• Familiarity with IAM audits and vulnerability assessments.
• Certifications related to OKTA and IAM are a plus.
