Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or chat.
- Analyze and troubleshoot IT security issues related to network protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP).
- Utilize security tools such as SIEM, vulnerability scanners, and antivirus solutions.
- Identify and mitigate common attack vectors like phishing, malware, and DDoS attacks.
- Manage and support systems on Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
• Experience: 1-3 years in the cybersecurity domain.
• Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of networking protocols and familiarity with security tools.
• Awareness of common attack vectors and corresponding mitigation strategies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
Preferred Qualifications
• Certifications in cybersecurity or related fields are a plus.
• Experience with additional cybersecurity tools and practices is advantageous.
