StickmanCyber is seeking skilled professionals to join our Security Operations team as L3 Analysts. This role involves working in an MSSP (Managed Security Service Provider) environment, managing advanced security operations for multiple clients. We are looking for candidates with strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage security operations for multiple clients.
  • Perform advanced incident detection, analysis, and response.
  • Conduct detailed threat assessments and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with clients to enhance their cybersecurity posture.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to L1 and L2 Analysts.
Job Requirements

• 1–12 years of industry experience in security operations, preferably in an MSSP environment.
• Exceptional technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with clients.
• Immediate or 30-day notice period availability.
• Willingness to work remotely with occasional office visits (weekly/monthly).

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or equivalent are advantageous.
• Experience with security tools, threat intelligence platforms, and advanced incident response techniques.
