Coforge is urgently looking for an experienced professional in SOC Leadership to join our dynamic cybersecurity team. If you have extensive experience in managing SOC operations and are looking for a challenging opportunity, this is the role for you.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Security Operations Center (SOC) team to ensure effective monitoring and response to security incidents.
- Develop and enforce security policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve threat detection and incident response strategies.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior SOC analysts.
Job Requirements
• Minimum 8 years of experience in cybersecurity with at least 5 years in SOC leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of security technologies, incident response, and threat management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent.
• Experience with SIEM tools, threat intelligence, and security frameworks.
