Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and oversee information security policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet Information Security objectives.
- Manage Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) initiatives effectively.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance in Information Security systems and solutions.
- Continuously monitor and improve security frameworks and processes.
Job Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in Information Security, particularly within a banking or financial services environment.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in GRC.
• Robust technical understanding of Information Security systems and protocols.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Advanced certifications in Information Security (e.g., CISSP, CISM, or equivalent).
• Proven track record of managing complex security projects in a banking setting.
• Proficiency in Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) solutions.
