Job Description

GCX is seeking an experienced Network Security Engineer – L2 to join our Mumbai team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in configuring and troubleshooting a variety of firewalls to ensure the security and integrity of our network infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

  • Configure and troubleshoot firewalls, including Palo Alto, FortiGate, Juniper, and Checkpoint.
  • Monitor and manage network security systems to maintain optimal performance.
  • Implement security policies, procedures, and practices in compliance with company standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve network security issues effectively.
Job Requirements

• At least 4 years of relevant experience in network security.
• Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting firewalls like Palo Alto, FortiGate, Juniper, and Checkpoint.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as CCNP Security, CISSP, or equivalent.
• Familiarity with advanced network security tools and methodologies.
