Job Description

StickmanCyber is growing its Security Operations team and is looking for highly skilled SOC Analysts (Level 3) in Bangalore. This hybrid role requires immediate joiners with exceptional communication and technical expertise. Work alongside industry leaders and make an impact in the cybersecurity space.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead advanced threat detection and response efforts.
  • Handle escalations and manage complex security incidents.
  • Develop and enhance incident response processes and playbooks.
  • Mentor and guide Level 1 and Level 2 SOC Analysts.
  • Perform forensic analysis and advanced threat hunting activities.
  • Provide detailed reporting and recommendations to stakeholders.
Job Requirements

• 6-12 years of experience in SOC operations or equivalent roles.
• Proficiency in advanced threat analysis, SIEM tools, and forensic methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, technical, and communication skills.
• Must be local to Bangalore or ready to relocate within two weeks (no relocation assistance provided).

Preferred Qualifications

• Industry certifications such as CISSP, OSCP, or GCIH.
• Hands-on experience with EDR tools and advanced security frameworks.
• Experience working in hybrid work environments.
