StickmanCyber is expanding its Security Operations team in Bangalore. We are seeking skilled and experienced SOC Analysts (Level 2) to join our dynamic hybrid work environment. Responsibilities:

  • Proactively monitor and respond to advanced security incidents.
  • Perform in-depth analysis and triage of security alerts.
  • Develop and refine threat detection and response strategies.
  • Manage escalations from Level 1 analysts and guide resolution processes.
  • Generate reports and documentation for internal and client review.
Job Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience as a SOC Analyst or equivalent role.
• Strong understanding of threat detection, incident response, and SIEM tools.
• Excellent technical and communication skills.
• Must be a resident of Bangalore or willing to relocate within two weeks (no relocation assistance provided).

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as CEH, CISSP, or CompTIA CySA+.
• Experience in a hybrid work model.
• Expertise in security frameworks and incident handling processes.
