StickmanCyber is hiring experienced SOC Analysts (L3) to join our Security Operations team in Bangalore. This role is tailored for senior professionals with strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills who aspire to lead and grow in the cybersecurity industry.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage complex security incidents and response activities.
- Oversee advanced threat detection and mitigation strategies.
- Design, implement, and optimize SOC processes and tools.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior SOC team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen organizational security.
- Develop detailed incident reports and recommend preventive measures.
Job Requirements
• 6–12 years of experience in Security Operations Center (SOC) or advanced cybersecurity roles.
• Strong expertise in SIEM tools, threat intelligence, and incident management.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Bangalore or relocate within 2 weeks of joining.
• Note: Relocation assistance is not provided. Candidates must be local to Bangalore or willing to relocate within 2 weeks of joining.
Preferred Qualifications
• Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, CISM, or equivalent are highly desirable.
• Proven experience with malware analysis, penetration testing, and vulnerability assessments.
• Knowledge of scripting and automation in a SOC environment.
