StickmanCyber is seeking enthusiastic SOC Analysts (L1) to join our Security Operations team in Bangalore. This hybrid role is ideal for professionals with excellent communication and technical skills who want to work with inspiring leaders in the cybersecurity industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor, detect, and respond to security incidents in a timely manner.
  • Analyze alerts to identify and mitigate potential threats.
  • Collaborate with team members to implement effective cybersecurity measures.
  • Prepare incident reports and recommend preventive actions.
  • Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity trends and tools.
Job Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Security Operations Center (SOC) or equivalent roles.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite or relocate to Bangalore within 2 weeks of joining.
• Note: Relocation assistance is not provided. Candidates must be local to Bangalore or open to relocating within 2 weeks of joining.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with SIEM tools and threat detection platforms.
• Relevant certifications like CEH, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent.
