Job Description
ETEK International is expanding its Delivery Team in Noida and is looking for a SOC L1 Engineer with foundational experience in Security Operations. This is a great opportunity for an individual with SOC experience to join a leading cybersecurity team and support our security monitoring and incident response efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze security alerts to identify potential security incidents.
- Provide first-level response for security events and escalate as necessary.
- Work with senior SOC engineers to improve incident response and threat management.
- Document security incidents and report findings to the SOC Manager.
- Assist in maintaining SOC tools and monitoring systems.
Job Requirements
• Approximately 2 years of experience in a SOC environment.
• Familiarity with security monitoring tools and incident response processes.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills for collaborating with SOC team members.
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CEH) are advantageous.
• Basic understanding of threat intelligence and cybersecurity frameworks.
