Job Description

ETEK International is expanding its Delivery Team in Noida and is looking for an experienced SOC Manager to lead and oversee SOC operations. This role is ideal for a seasoned cybersecurity professional with a strong background in managing SOC functions and a passion for security operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Security Operations Center team to ensure effective monitoring and response to security incidents.
  • Develop and implement SOC policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Oversee incident response and ensure prompt action to mitigate security threats.
  • Provide guidance and support to SOC analysts and team members.
  • Collaborate with other teams to improve the organization’s security posture.
Job Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a Security Operations Center (SOC) environment.
• Proven leadership and team management skills in a SOC or cybersecurity role.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles and threat management.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH) are a plus.
• Experience with advanced SOC tools and technologies.
