Job Description
IDC Technologies, Inc. is looking for an experienced SOC Analyst with a strong background in network firewall security and SOC operations. This is an urgent requirement for our Bangalore location. Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain SOC operations with a focus on network firewall security.
- Oversee Elastic administration, including fine-tuning and troubleshooting.
- Integrate ServiceNow and other ticketing tools into SOC workflows.
- Administer and optimize ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana) for effective SIEM in the security domain.
- Implement security solutions and ensure they meet customer needs, with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer implementations.
Job Requirements
• 5+ years of experience as a SOC Analyst.
• Expertise in Elastic administration, including integration with ticketing tools like ServiceNow.
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience with ELK administration and fine-tuning.
• Proven experience in implementing security solutions in customer environments.
Preferred Qualifications
• Proficiency in SOC operations and security domain.
• Experience with network firewall security and SIEM tools.
