Job Description
VaporVM is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented L1 Unified NOC/SOC Analyst to join our team onsite in Dubai. The ideal candidate will monitor network and security systems to identify, respond to, and resolve incidents, ensuring continuous, secure operations. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams and requires excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Continuously monitor network and security systems for alerts, incidents, and anomalies
- Respond to alerts and incidents promptly, following established procedures to identify and mitigate threats
- Perform initial troubleshooting of network issues and escalate to L2/L3 teams as needed
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, actions taken, and resolutions in the ticketing system
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective incident management
- Generate reports on incidents and system performance for management review
Job Requirements
• 1-2 years of experience in a NOC/SOC environment, preferably in the Telecom industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Familiarity with networking concepts, security protocols, and monitoring tools (e.g., SIEM, intrusion detection systems)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Prior experience with NOC/SOC monitoring tools
• Telecom or IT-related certifications
