Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive IT support, including hardware upgrades and software configuration.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot POS systems and Windows operating systems.
  • Ensure effective inventory management and compliance with asset disposal regulations.
  • Collaborate with teams to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Configure printers and integrate branding as required.
  • Utilize ticketing systems and implement face reader technology.
Job Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications
