Job Description
Mynd Integrated Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced IT Security Engineer to join our Security Operations Center (SOC) team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the security and monitoring of our IT infrastructure. Responsibilities:
- Monitor security events and alerts from various sources, including SIEM, firewalls, and endpoint protection.
- Investigate, analyze, and respond to security incidents.
- Maintain and update security policies, processes, and procedures.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure proper implementation of security measures.
- Perform vulnerability assessments and penetration tests as needed.
Job Requirements
• 1 to 3 years of experience in cybersecurity and SOC operations.
• Proficiency in incident detection, response, and analysis.
• CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker) certification (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks and protocols.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with SIEM tools and security incident response.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
