Job Description
Foresiet is seeking a skilled and proactive SOC Analyst to join our cybersecurity team. The candidate will play a critical role in detecting, responding to, and mitigating security incidents, ensuring the safety and integrity of our organization’s information systems.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor security alerts and respond to security incidents.
- Analyze and investigate suspicious activities across networks and systems.
- Provide incident reporting, forensic analysis, and recommendations for threat mitigation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper security measures are in place.
- Document findings and prepare incident response reports.
Job Requirements
• 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Familiarity with security monitoring tools and intrusion detection systems.
• Understanding of cybersecurity principles, threat analysis, and vulnerability management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
• Certifications like CEH, CompTIA Security+, or CISSP.
• Experience with SIEM tools and threat intelligence platforms.
• Knowledge of scripting languages for automation (Python, Bash).
