Are you a skilled SOC Analyst looking for an exciting opportunity in Hyderabad? Join our dynamic team at Teleperformance’s 24/7 Security Operations Center (SOC) at L1/L2 levels. We are searching for professionals who are passionate about cybersecurity and have expertise in incident handling.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze security events 24/7 to detect potential threats.
- Perform event triage and incident response in real-time.
- Provide advanced threat reporting and escalate critical incidents.
- Analyze logs, investigate incidents, and identify network vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate with team members to improve SOC processes and efficiency.
Job Requirements
• Expertise in log analysis and security event management.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with SIEM, EDR, and network security technologies.
• Experience handling cybersecurity incidents.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in Cyber Incident Response Team (CIRT), Cybersecurity Incident Response Center (CSIRC), or SOC environments.
• Industry certifications such as Security+, CEH, or SANS are highly desirable.
