Pinkerton is seeking an experienced Security Manager for its Hyderabad location. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the security and safety of the company’s assets, associates, information, and interests within the defined area. The role also includes providing security consulting and risk management services for the company’s interests, particularly in various locations. Immediate joiners are preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the protection of company assets and personnel.
- Provide risk management and security consulting services.
- Oversee security operations, including physical and electronic security systems.
- Manage security investigations and risk assessments.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols.
Job Requirements
• 10+ years of hands-on experience in corporate security management.
• Strong knowledge of integrated physical security, life safety, fire safety, and emergency management systems.
• Expertise in handling security equipment such as CCTV, access control, alarms, and firefighting tools.
• Project management experience with a focus on security.
Preferred Qualifications
• Excellent decision-making and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with security technologies, GPS monitoring, and control systems.
• Immediate availability for joining is a plus.
