Innova ESI is looking for a skilled TAC Network Engineer with expertise in Netskope and a strong background in network security technologies. The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge and prior experience in supporting technologies such as Proxies, NG Firewalls, SSL/IPSec, and VPNs. You will be responsible for providing technical assistance and ensuring the smooth operation of network security systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance as a TAC Engineer with a focus on Netskope.
  • Support and troubleshoot network security technologies, including Proxies, NG Firewalls, and VPNs.
  • Ensure the security and stability of network infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to resolve complex network security issues.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation on network security procedures and configurations.
Job Requirements

• 3 to 4 years of experience in a TAC Engineer role or similar.
• Proficiency in Netskope and network security technologies.
• Strong understanding of Proxies, NG Firewalls, and VPNs.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant certifications in network security or related fields are a plus.
• Experience with SSL/IPSec VPNs and advanced network security measures.
