Job Description
Indecomm Global Services is seeking a skilled SOC Analyst with 2 to 4 years of experience to join our team in Bangalore. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and responding to security events using various tools and technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze security events using LogRhythm SIEM.
- Conduct Web Application Penetration Testing (WAPT) using HCL AppScan.
- Perform Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) using Nessus.
- Manage and respond to security incidents effectively.
- Ensure adherence to network and system security principles.
- Utilize various security tools and technologies to maintain a secure environment.
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Job Requirements
• Graduate degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience with LogRhythm SIEM, HCL AppScan, and Nessus.
• Strong understanding of network and system security principles.
• Experience in security incident management and response.
• Familiarity with a variety of security tools and technologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or similar are a plus.
• Experience in a similar role within the IT security industry.
