Job Description

We are urgently seeking an IT Technical Support professional for a short-term project in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have experience with reimaging laptops and providing end-user support. This position requires an immediate joiner who can hit the ground running and contribute to our client’s needs efficiently.

Responsibilities:
  • Reimage laptops and desktops as required.
  • Provide end-user technical support, resolving hardware and software issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely manner.
  • Assist with the setup and configuration of IT equipment.
  • Document issues and solutions for future reference.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to ensure smooth operations.
Job Requirements

• Proven experience in IT technical support (2 to 6 years).
• Strong knowledge of reimaging processes for laptops and desktops.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving IT issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Immediate availability.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), or equivalent.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with various operating systems and software.
