HGS – Hinduja Global Solutions is seeking experienced professionals to join our Security Operations Center (SOC) team in Bangalore. We have multiple openings for SOC roles, specifically for the SOC L3 Analyst position. This role is critical in safeguarding our systems and responding to security threats with efficiency and expertise.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor, detect, and respond to security incidents within the SOC.
- Perform in-depth analysis and correlation of security events.
- Manage and resolve complex security incidents and escalations.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and provide recommendations for remediation.
- Collaborate with IT teams to enhance security measures and ensure compliance with policies.
- Prepare and present reports on security metrics and incidents.
Job Requirements
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a SOC environment.
• Proficiency in security technologies, including SIEM, IDS/IPS, and firewall management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts (mandatory).
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH.
• Experience with threat hunting and incident response.
• Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, etc.) for automation.
