Jio Platforms Limited is seeking a skilled Network Security Lead to enhance our Telecom Security Assurance team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in network security, vulnerability management, and penetration testing. This role involves assessing telecom infrastructure, conducting security audits, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

• Perform security assessments on telecom infrastructure covering aspects like architecture security, application security, vulnerability management, baseline controls, protocol security, and tool integrations.
• Initiate and conduct comprehensive walkthrough sessions for new solutions and nodes from a security perspective.
• Analyze vulnerabilities, characterize threats, and provide remediation advice, with familiarity in CVE and CVSS classification schemes.
• Discuss findings and mitigation procedures with planning teams and vendors; track and ensure closure of identified issues.
• Conduct regular penetration testing to identify security gaps and track them to resolution.
• Ensure 100% compliance with periodic assessments of all telecom network elements, publishing reports and tracking closures.
• Conduct security audits with external regulatory bodies (e.g., DOT) and understand regulatory guidelines related to telecom network security.
• Implement protection measures to prevent hacking or data leaks.
