CompuSharaf is seeking a skilled IT Technical Support professional to join our team in New Maadi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance, troubleshooting, and support for our IT systems. Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows, Linux, and Mac OS.
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems.
- Utilize remote desktop applications and help desk software to support end-users.
- Document issues and resolutions for future reference.
- Maintain a high level of customer service while addressing technical issues.
Job Requirements
• At least 2 years of experience in IT technical support, desktop support, or a similar role.
• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Certifications in Microsoft, Linux, or Cisco are advantageous.
• Proficiency in Windows, Linux, and Mac OS.
• Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Prior experience in a tech support role within a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with ITIL best practices.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
