ERPA is seeking a skilled Network Engineer to join our team in Dublin, Ohio. This role requires hands-on experience in network applications, switches, and servers. The ideal candidate will be Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) with a focus on Routing & Switching.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including switches and servers.
  • Install and troubleshoot network cabling systems and fiber optic cabling.
  • Ensure network performance meets company standards and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and implement network solutions.
  • Work in various environments, including adverse weather conditions and along vehicular traffic.
Job Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of experience in network engineering.
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification.
• Strong knowledge of network applications, switches, and servers.
• Experience with network cabling systems and fiber optic cabling.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
