InKnowTech is seeking a skilled IT – Sourcing Specialist with experience in IT recruitment and sourcing. This role is essential for supporting our team in finding top IT talent through strategic sourcing and recruitment techniques.
Responsibilities:
- Source and identify potential candidates using Boolean strings and other advanced sourcing techniques.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.

Job Requirements
• 1 to 7 years of experience in IT recruitment and sourcing.
