IRISSTAR Technologies is seeking a skilled OT SOC Lead to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operational technology (OT) and experience in security operations centers (SOC). This role is pivotal in ensuring the security and resilience of our clients’ OT environments.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the OT SOC team, providing direction and expertise.
- Monitor and analyze OT security events to identify potential threats.
- Develop and implement security protocols and incident response procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive security measures.
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits of OT systems.
- Provide training and guidance to junior SOC analysts.
- Stay updated on the latest OT security trends and threats.
Job Requirements
• 2 to 4 years of experience in OT security or SOC roles.
• Strong knowledge of OT systems, protocols, and security practices.
• Experience with security monitoring tools and incident response.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or GICSP are a plus.
• Experience in the energy, utilities, or manufacturing sectors.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance standards related to OT security.
