Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Support Engineer to join our dynamic team at HTP Global Technologies in Dubai. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge and exceptional customer care skills to provide top-notch support to our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for Microsoft Windows, Mac, and general desktop issues.
  • Assist with end-user devices such as printers and scanners.
  • Support audio and video systems, including projectors and mixers.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve DNS, TCP/IP, and other networking issues.
  • Deliver excellent customer care and communicate effectively in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Develop an awareness of and respect for the customs and cultures of HBMSU learners and employees.
Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, computer science, IT, or a related field from an accredited university.
• Relevant certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, Apple, etc.) are a plus.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows, Mac, and general desktop support.
• Knowledge of end-user devices like printers and scanners.
• Familiarity with audio and video systems such as projectors and mixers.
• Understanding of DNS, TCP/IP, and other networking concepts.
• Excellent customer care skills.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional certifications in Microsoft, Cisco, Apple, etc.
• Experience working in a multicultural environment.
