Job Description

We are looking for a motivated L1 Network (NOC) Engineer to join our dynamic team at ProTech ITS in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be ready to work in shifts, and possess a working knowledge of networking concepts.

Responsibilities:
  • Strong communication skills are essential as you will be collaborating with global teams.
  • Ready to work in shifts (1 PM to 10 PM).
  • Provide efficient customer support and maintain professional email etiquette.
  • Troubleshoot network-related issues such as node/link down, latency, and packet drops.
  • Utilize knowledge of switches, bridges, wireless controllers, and access points.
  • Perform basic router internet setup, firewall configuration, and port forwarding.
  • Install Ethernet cables, terminations, and punch down as needed.
  • Troubleshoot and repair basic desktop and laptop issues.
Job Requirements

• Graduate/Post Graduate degree.
• 1 to 4 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in phonetics and customer support.
• Analytical skills to resolve network issues.

Preferred Qualifications

• CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with networking hardware.
• Immediate to 30 days notice period.
