Job Description

ParamInfo is looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer to join our team in Dubai for a 1-month contract. This position does not include visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and assistance to end-users.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications.
  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Ensure all systems are up-to-date with the latest updates and security patches.
  • Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals.
Job Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician, or similar role.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in IT support or related fields.
• Experience with specific software or hardware that the company uses.
• Knowledge of network security practices and anti-virus programs.
• Additional language skills.
