Xpheno Private Limited is looking for a highly motivated and energetic Technical Support Engineer to join our team in Bangalore. This is an exciting opportunity for freshers to kick-start their career in technical support within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to customers through various channels.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues.
  • Document and report customer interactions and technical issues.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to enhance product performance.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through timely and efficient problem resolution.
Job Requirements

• MCA/BE/B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering (CSE) or Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), 2023 or 2024 pass out with no backlogs.
• Minimum 60% in academic scores.
• 8th Semester Marks card, Aadhaar, and PAN Card.
• CCNA/CCNP or any networking certification.
• Any internship experience related to networking is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in night shifts.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with networking tools and technologies.
• Prior experience in a technical support role.
• Knowledge of network protocols and security.
