Responsibilities:

  • Provide second-level support for IT-related issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
  • Perform system administration tasks, including user account management and permissions.
  • Collaborate with L1 support and other IT teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain documentation of issues and solutions for future reference.
  • Implement and manage network and security configurations.
  • Participate in the deployment and maintenance of IT infrastructure.
Job Requirements

• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
• Experience with system administration and network management.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar) are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with ITIL practices.
• Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Ability to automate tasks using scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash).
