Job Description

As a Data Security Engineer at Halian, you will play a crucial role in protecting our clients’ sensitive data and ensuring their information security infrastructure is robust and effective.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and manage Database Activity Monitoring (DAM) solutions.
  • Deploy and maintain Data Loss Prevention (DLP) systems, including Endpoint DLP.
  • Configure and oversee Azure Information Rights Management (IRM) and Azure Information Protection.
  • Manage Microsoft Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and ensure proper usage of watermarking technologies.
  • Monitor security incidents and respond to data security breaches.
  • Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure comprehensive data security measures are in place.
Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4 to 7 years of experience in data security or related roles.
• Proficiency in Database Activity Monitoring, DLP, Endpoint DLP, Azure IRM, and Azure Information Protection.
• Experience with Microsoft PKI and watermarking technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH).
• Experience with cloud security and database security.
• Knowledge of current cybersecurity trends and threats.
• Proficiency in additional security tools and technologies.
