Job Description: • Carry out all duties that focus on monitoring compliance with the bank’s internal control policies in the branches and units. • Verify all expenses made in the branch, including price verification, certification of payment and petty cash vouchers. • Check loan forms and files for adequacy, precedent to disbursement. • Handling of daily call over. • Ensure all KYC and KYB documents are properly filed before reconciliation. • Prepare compliance and control reports as may be appropriate. • Carry out detailed investigations when discrepancy, cash suppression or fraud is noticed. • Internal control checks and records to safeguard company assets. • Perform other duties, as may be assigned by the Head, Internal Control.
