OKTA SME (Identity & Access Management Specialist) – Remote – 5 to 6 Years Experience
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced OKTA SME to join our dynamic Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in designing, implementing, and managing Okta-based IAM solutions while ensuring secure and seamless access management across enterprise environments.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage Okta-based IAM solutions
- Configure and manage Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
- Handle user lifecycle management and application integrations
- Troubleshoot and resolve identity and access-related issues
- Work with OAuth, SAML, and directory integrations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen security and compliance
- Maintain IAM documentation and best practices
Job Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM)
• Strong hands-on experience with Okta
• Expertise in SSO, MFA, OAuth, SAML, and directory integrations
• Good understanding of security and compliance best practices
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Preferred Qualifications
• Relevant IAM or cybersecurity certifications
• Experience with enterprise IAM architecture and integrations
• Familiarity with cloud identity platforms and Zero Trust concepts
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
