Digital Forensics & Incident Response (DFIR) Manager – Dubai – 7 to 10 Years Experience

Latinum HR Solutions is hiring on behalf of a large enterprise that is strengthening its incident response and cyber resilience program.
We are seeking an experienced Digital Forensics & Incident Response (DFIR) Manager who can lead large-scale cyber incident investigations, contain active threats, and drive recovery efforts. This role requires a professional who remains composed under pressure and can manage high-impact incidents while communicating effectively with executive leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end Incident Response lifecycle
- Conduct digital forensic investigations on endpoints, servers, and cloud environments
- Coordinate with SOC, Threat Intelligence, and IT teams during active incidents
- Develop and maintain incident response playbooks and procedures
- Perform root cause analysis and prepare detailed post-incident reports
- Present investigation findings and risk insights to executive stakeholders
- Drive improvements in cyber resilience and breach response capabilities
Job Requirements
• 7–10 years of experience in Incident Response or Digital Forensics
• Hands-on experience with EDR, SIEM, and forensic investigation tools
• Strong understanding of malware analysis and breach containment strategies
• Experience handling ransomware incidents or advanced persistent threats (APTs)
• Excellent documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication skills
• Ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams during crisis situations
Preferred Qualifications
• Certifications such as GCFA, GCIH, CISSP, CHFI, or equivalent
• Experience in enterprise-scale environments
• Knowledge of cloud forensics and hybrid infrastructure investigations
• Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities
