Design, configure and support VMware infrastructure including VCenter server, VMware ESXi, vSphere replication, Site Recovery Manager, VSAN • Administrate windows server environment configuring OS and various services; McAfee ePO server to comply end-point security • Maintain storage area network including the provisioning of the full life cycle management of storage

Ensure identification of systems related vulnerabilities & threat (OS, Applications, DB & Network) and following up with all stakeholders to mitigate on-time. • Manage security patches upgrade resulting from the gaps of the vulnerability and penetration report, evaluating and implementing enhancements • Lead a team to comply security policies in the mobile devices and tablets for more than 10,000 users across the county • Regular maintenance of servers, backup software, and storage tools through the installation of software upgrades, patches, and hardware upgrades

Co-ordinate with internal and regional IT auditors and follow-up with the stakeholders to close the relevant audit recommendations • Ensure ICT compliance for internal, external and regulatory standards/policies/guidelines • Responsible for IT project risk assessment, third-party risk assessment, change and incident management, access recertification, DR planning and testing
